Our Mission
The mission of the Medical Emergency Education Project (MEEP) is to empower underserved communities by equipping youth with lifesaving emergency response skills, fostering a culture of health literacy, and inspiring future leaders in healthcare. Through accessible education and community engagement, MEEP seeks to address health disparities, strengthen local emergency preparedness, and promote equity in healthcare access. Our organization strives to prepare students to pursue potential routes to emergency medicine or emergency medical services, but also to help them apply their knowledge to serve under-served communities within the Inland Empire.

Three Pillars of Service:
At MEEP, our mission is built on three pillars: Outreach, Education, and Community. Through outreach, we bring life-saving skills directly into schools and neighborhoods, ensuring that vital training is accessible to everyone. Our education programs provide hands-on CPR, AED, and first aid instruction that empowers students to act with confidence in emergencies. Most importantly, we foster a sense of community—uniting people through shared knowledge and preparedness so that together, we can create a safer and more resilient future.
The Medical Emergency Education Project (MEEP) is a student-led initiative dedicated to addressing gaps in emergency medical services (EMS) within underserved communities. Founded with a mission to empower bystanders to become first responders, MEEP provides free, hands-on CPR and Stop the Bleed workshops for middle and high school students in the Inland Empire. In addition, we also provides discounted AHA BLS/Heartsaver CPR AED Certification Classes for local community.
